As part of Gwinnet County’s newly forming parks system, Rex managed the site master planning of over 30 parks. He has developed recreation needs assessment surveys, and incorporated comprehensive demographic analysis into his department’s planning program. As chair of GRPA´s Planning, Design and Development Section, Rex has made several presentations on park planning issues and techniques.
