Teaching Circle Meeting Schedule

The PRTM Teaching Circle welcomes all faculty and graduate students to join our discussions of teaching related resources, challenges, strategies, and opportunities.

The PRTM Teaching Circle will be meeting from 12:30 - 1:30 PM in 2006 Biltmore on the following Friday afternoons:

  • February 15 - NCSU Office of Assessment workshop "Academic Program Asessment:  Using scores guides with student work"
  • Note: The workshop is from 1:00-2:00 PM in Poe Hall, room 120. You must register for the workshop at http://go.ncsu.edu/assessmentworkshops
  • March 15 - Tour of the Virtual Lab - 5th floor Jordan Hall 1 - with discussion on how we might use this resource to enhance our teaching.
  • April 19 - Lt. Brinkley will lead us through their "Shots Fired" program and discuss with us what to do in a crisis situation on campus.
  • May - TBD
