- Attract the Best and Brightest . As tuition and fees rise sharply, more and more talented and worthy students struggle to afford higher education. Funds for additional scholarships and fellowships are needed to continue recruiting high-caliber students, as well as to open new doors to education with international study-abroad programs, service learning projects and additional outdoor classroom learning experiences.
- Foster Innovative Research. By building a world-class faculty, we can gain more ground when it comes to recruiting and retaining top-notch students. Endowed professorships and chairs will help us reach this goal.
- Enhance Our Learning Environment. A renowned faculty and student body needs an innovative environment in which to thrive, which is why we plan to modernize Biltmore Hall, Robertson Hall and other CNR facilities.
- Nourish Partnerships. CNR would greatly benefit from partnerships and collaborative programs to educate, encourage and engage people in a healthy, sustainable climate.
